By registering for or attending any Picklers Park Roodepoort ("Picklers Park") event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Attendance and Participation

• Participation in all activities is voluntary and at your own risk.
• Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Picklers Park reserves the right to limit entry or participation if capacity is reached.

2. Event Changes

• The schedule, programming, and activities are subject to change without prior notice due to weather, safety, or operational requirements.
• We will make reasonable efforts to communicate major changes via our website, social media, or WhatsApp community.

3. Safety and Conduct

• All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, volunteers, and fellow guests.
• Picklers Park reserves the right to remove any individual engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
• You must comply with any posted rules, staff instructions, and venue policies.

4. Use of Media

• By entering the venue, you grant Picklers Park and its affiliates the right to photograph, record, or film you (and any minors under your care) during the event. These materials may be used for marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes across print, digital, or social platforms without compensation. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must inform staff at the entrance and refrain from entering areas marked for media use.

5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

• By participating in or attending any event at Picklers Park, you voluntarily assume all risks related to physical activity, presence on the premises, or participation in any program, including injury, illness, or property loss. You release and hold harmless Picklers Park, its affiliates, sponsors, staff, and volunteers from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages. Parents or guardians are fully responsible for minors under 18 and accept these terms on their behalf by registering them.

6. Personal Information & Privacy

• Any personal information collected through registration or communications will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with POPIA.
• You may request access to, or removal of, your information at any time by contacting hello@picklersparkroodepoort.co.za.

7. Tickets and Registration

• Free registration does not guarantee entry; admission may be limited by capacity or other constraints.
• Prizes or giveaways (e.g. from Tag & Win campaigns) are subject to fair use, availability, and specific terms listed at the time of the campaign.

8. Vendors and Third Parties

• Any products, services, or food offered by vendors on-site are their sole responsibility. Picklers Park is not liable for third-party offerings.
