On 24 May 2026, pickleball players from across the community gathered at Picklers Park Roodepoort for the highly anticipated Hursthill Motor Spares Autumn Festival Pickleball Competition. Set against the vibrant colors of autumn, the tournament brought together players of all skill levels for a day filled with competitive matches, great sportsmanship, and unforgettable moments on the court.

With teams competing across Gold, Silver, and Bronze Leagues, the event delivered exciting rallies, close finishes, and plenty of reasons to celebrate.

Tournament Highlights

The day kicked off with player check-in at 10:00 AM, followed by the first matches at 11:00 AM. Teams battled it out for top honors, cash prizes, and exclusive tournament goodies, including a commemorative event T-shirt.

Thanks to the support of Hursthill Motor Spares and Amazing Self Storage, the event showcased everything that makes pickleball special, friendly competition, community spirit, and a shared passion for the game.

While the competition brought out the best in every player, the Autumn Festival was about more than winning medals and prizes. It was a celebration of the growing pickleball community, where friends, families, and players came together to enjoy great matches, connect with fellow enthusiasts, and share their love for the sport.
